@RealHousewifeMi @ABC Measles can be deadly in children, and can cause pneumonia and encephalitis. Fatal Subacute Sclerosing Panencephalitis (SSPE) is a rare but fatal complication. Vaccines are safe and effective. Vaccinate your children!
