The U.S. Farm Credit Case 💵 || Post No. 1

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee has ordered that I amend my Complaint filed against the now former U.S. President Joe Biden by Friday January 31, 2025.

While I bet he thinks differently, Joe isn’t getting out of this Case without a fight. He spent four years ignoring his obligations under Federal Law to appoint a Farm Credit Board. And that Board was to be charged with oversight on such issues as the sale of American farmland to China.

During Biden’s term, I was a whistleblower and the key witness to a federal investigation into the fraud within the U.S. Farm Credit System. In the course of that investigation, I was extorted with threats of foreclosure on my home and my farm; despite having never missed a loan payment. I was told it all would go away so long as I signed a paper releasing any legal claims and swearing to confidentiality as to all I knew of the fraud.

I ultimately had to sell my family’s home and pay the loan back twenty years early. I did not have a choice — it was my own Government who was sanctioning the ongoing extortion against me.

With a legitimate Farm Credit Board in place, my family could have kept our home, my employees could have kept their jobs, and so many from our livestock herd, animals caught in the middle of human corruption, could have spent a lifetime on our farm getting the love and care they deserve.

But a United States President could not be bothered to perform the most basic, elementary task of nominating just three Board Members so that the farmers in this country had someone other than the foxes to watch the henhouse.

And what’s more, it was deliberate. Not a result of mistake or ignorance, but Biden, right in the pleadings of our case, effectively stated on the record that he could make those appointments anytime he damn well chose to make them.

But still, he never did — and the court and our current Administration should not allow a man backed with the power of his own Department of Justice, who defended him in the legal action I filed, to allow the clock to run out and never do the job he was legally required to do; while then skipping town. And I say that because, over the last four years, I’m not the only American farmer or rancher who had the time run out on them, under the threat of a wrongful foreclosure, because there was no one whatsoever to protect us all from abuse.

This is the first post of many detailing the story of the wildest Government hatchet job you’ve never heard about — and you’ll see it all play out, in the courtroom and on 𝕏, in real time.
