@LilyDAmbrosioMP i think you will find that networks are only req. to pay $80 comp. when they declare a major event day. For custs who have been off supply for 80 hours or more, that won't cover lost food. Treating cust who experience a 13hr outage the same as 80+ is wrong. need day charge.
