@StarHubCares Hi Starhub. You wrongly took $1200 from me in February due to your systems seemingly being made in the 19th century. You then decided to take another $1200 from me (despite me asking you to stop all direct debits) "by mistake" instead of refunding me last month
It is now June and all I get are false promises and a total lack of any progress. Seeing as you have ultimately stolen $2500 from me, can you please tell me when you plan to pay it back? Nobody on the phone seems to have any power to do anything and it is always 'processing'.
@GrabSG why do you think it is acceptable to charge me $5 to instantly cancel a ride that is so far away? The increasing threats in the app for additional charges are wearing thin. I've been on your side until now.
