You call me stupid yet failed to show any evidence in game or in text beside release notes that aren't patches note.

2) Server side patches affect "SERVER SIDE" this game is single player. The only way to change is to download a patch
3)Using AI instead of factual proof

Its Release Notes, its to give general access for the global release for launch day and let people know of known issues. They have yet to patch anything. The word patch doesn't even appear except for the sites description.
