It’s funny, motocross at the White House is, like, fine with me. But here’s an example of something that is genuinely unforgivable but that a lot of people seem to have moved right past.
@gonglei89@defnotbeka Incredibly we have found the solution to poverty: just inflate the local currency until everyone must expend more dollars than whatever the poverty threshold is, just to survive, and then by definition nobody is poor 🙃
bro to bro: if you like skinnier girls, get yourself a skinny girl. if you like thicker girls, get yourself a thick girl. if you like fitness girls, get yourself a fit girl. you are entitled to your own preferences.
but what you are not going to do bro, is date a girl who is not your type and make her feel inferior to other girls.
@luismpericchi@m_goes_distance I think thats kind of the point- the athletes are guinea pigs on behalf of the people funding the competition, and what they're funding are competitive clinical trials to find those limits and consequences so that the funders can use the discovered safe/optimal routes.
@vxunderground _maybe_ if it was physical theft of 1Tb NVME drives? I think that would be small enough that 10,000 could fit into a human-portable box, but then you'd have had some kind of mission into a datacenter to spend ??? hours pulling server blades to remove storage?
@Alan_McCright@neveragainlive1 Suppose theres an RFID chip implanted in your tooth. If you talk on the phone, you hold an RFID scanner up against your face. Now, just need to compromise your device; and we've seen stolen govt hacking programs which list Android and iPhone root exploits. I'd call it "viable".
I hope you aren’t drunk and took your staff’s advice, Rashida and I don’t know this man and feel confident he didn’t care about us. Please restrain from drinking too much as you have been warned from your staff and stay off social media when you are drunk. I pray in his holy month you find peace and respect for your self,
@bubbleboi@Jaytheguz The end-goal of AI is to introduce microtransactions to each of your end-user software interactions. Big Tech didnt jump on this train just to cut their valuations in half, they solved the 20 year long question of "how do you make something like Facebook profitable"
@MelRoBuilds IQ is functionally just a standardized test score, which means it only measures what we choose to test for; instead making arbitrary predictions and recording the error rate over time is a much better and more generalized measure that integrates more evaluatory knowledge
@MelRoBuilds speaking as someone above the top end of your score range here, IQ score is fundamentally an inverted approach which requires us to imagine some hypothetical optimal goal or corpus that we are measured against. It's more useful to reframe it in terms of prediction error rates
