It is deeply distressing to learn from the autopsy report that a three-year-old boy from the Meitei community suffered a bullet wound to the skull, along with stab wounds, chest fractures, and lacerations on his forearm and other parts of his body. We sincerely hope the government takes swift action to bring the perpetrators to justice and ensures that such inhumane and barbaric acts are never repeated.
