Summer running can get mundane and boring. And improvements don’t show up daily. It tests our determination for sure. But I can emphatically say that you’ll love the results of training all summer once the season starts.
At halftime tonight the girls XC team was recognized for their incredible season! The girls were NWOAL Champs, District Champs, and qualified for the OHSAA State meet for the 3rd year in a row! Congrats, ladies!

Mia finishes 13th in her open race running 20:04 in the Nike Cross Midwest Region Meet! She wraps up a stellar junior season where she was district champ, regional champ, All-Ohio at the state meet, and she shattered her own school record lowering it to 18:32! Great season, Mia!
Our girls ended their season placing 16th as a team at the Division 3 State Meet! These girls had an outstanding season becoming league and district champions in the process too!
