Agents, Spekter Agency will undergo maintenance soon as we prepare to deploy the next update focusing on the following:

🙏 Fair Play Restored + A Thank You Gift

Agents, we recently identified and resolved a bug that impacted S-tier item drops from the S-Grade Chests. Here’s what happened:

👉 Around 1 AM PT // 8 AM UTC // 5 PM KST, some players were able to exploit an issue that increased chances of receiving S-tier items to 100%
👉 This disrupted balance and negatively affected the overall game experience for the community.

We’ve since rolled back the game and patched the bug. Any items obtained throughout the affected time have been removed to preserve fairness and integrity for the community.

To make things right for everyone:
⭐️All items acquired during the affected period have been removed.
⭐️All Diamonds and currencies spent during this time have been fully returned to you.
⭐️Since your game progress may have been impacted, everyone who played today will receive 1,000 Diamonds as an appreciation from the Spekter team.
⭐️If you purchased Vel during the affected period, you will still receive the new agent once you log into the game.
