Appreciate @Flipkart for handling my exchange purchase efficiently & ahead of schedule without any hassles , while others specialise in cancelling orders without consent,cancelling refunds —no one to own the problem or offer a solution. lt's easy to get lost in an ‘Amazon’ forest

@amazonIN this is extremely frustrating, after waiting for nearly 3 days, you guys create out for delivery & within 30 min, delevery cancelled the delivery and asking me tomwaot for another two days? You guys think we are fools ?

I ordered one mobile each on @amazonIN and @Flipkart on exchange. Will share the experience once delevery is done..

Round one to @Flipkart , out for delivery one day earlier and @amazonIN has already rescheduled the delivery once and no idea when will attempt to deliver again

@AmazonHelp It's not even out for delivery, by 8 it wil be out for delivery and by 11.30 it will be rescheduled again. Fact is that your delivery boys don't like to handle exchanges , so this keeps happening till I cancel the order.

@amazonIN Frustrating to go through the maze of click options in customer service. I ordered 2 units & recieved 1, & requested for return, you pickup guy says I need to give back both items. You don't share the reason for return with your pickup guys? Why there is a return?

Why is no one questioning RCB fans' behaviour resulting in the stampede. I have heard stories of how people wanted to be 'seen' at this event despite a large crowd already present at the venue. Is it the FOMO that caused this?
