@IndiGo6E I offered to go to their delivery vehicle location & pickup luggage myself, but I was denied by your deliverypartner &also by your customerservice
For the call at 11:27PM, 17th May, delivery partner assured me my luggage would be delivered by 3AM, and be ready to answer the call

The evening of 17th May
then again by late evening
then again by 9 or 10 PM
then again by the end of the day
then again by 18th May before 3AM
Its 4AM now

I’m more worried about my luggage now and have to leave within a couple of hours for outstation, all of my clothes are with you

Sir, @RamMNK, @IndiGo6E on a 220 passenger flight cannot handle international passengers with 2 checked in bags as they dont have enough luggage storage on the flight. As a result most of the passengers face baggage delays. This is an streamlined process, plz take strict measures

Dear Sir, @RamMNK, @IndiGo6E airlines are abusing all of the passenger protocols and they are habitual offenders who by all means cannot handle international passengers' luggage from Doha-HYD, this has been their SOP for the last few years, many passengers have suffered.

When called your customer service every single information each of your agents provides is contradictory. There is no live information or real information to say at least.
