After years of on/off therapy and understanding myself better (99% sure I'm autistic, waiting for diagnosis) my pure O is managed pretty well. Only really flares up if other areas of my life are unmanaged 👍

@LilyBaileyUK Christmas is a bit of a struggle for me as I have had religious OCD in the past and my family are Christian (i now choose not to follow the faith) Most of the year I can forget about it but understandably its difficult at christmas 😥
