@StuntmanStu@SteveMcGeorge1 No it is not. It is very popular in Belgiums and the Netherlands. Heck, I just came from downstairs - had leftover fries and topped them with mayo and ate them. Exquisite.
@MaOnTheAir@NCC_GatPark It was out all afternoon. Even took pups for a 1 hr walk as it was so nice :) you just missed the sunny afternoon part my dear lady.
@PurolatorInc I just came home and missed a delivery by 1 hr. The notice states I can pick up my package, not tomorrow, not the next day, but the next day after 3pm. So I miss a delivery and now I have to wait over 3 days to pick it up? Does that not sound a bit insane? Comment?
@CTVOttMornLive Having traveled through Europe as both a driver and a cyclist, we lack way behind a coherent, cohesive transportation infrastructure that puts all modes of transportation at equal footing or even where automobiles are only one part of the equation. So, no.
@MaOnTheAir Well I can tell you eating Spanish or Portuguese meats is pretty much a daily joy here ;) breakfast, snack, dinner. Throw in good bread and amazing olive oil - I’m sure I’ve had a liter of it by now by dipping bread in it ;)
@MaOnTheAir The only other place I have seen that kind of friendliness, hospitality and just overall, give you their shirts off their backs at that level has been Glasgow, Scotland.
@MaOnTheAir Technically, that should be a true statement as one you could technically win every year. Not sure you want to get a new husband every year ;)
@MaOnTheAir You’re kidding, right? That’s what makes Canada so different (one of the many things) from the States, that we have 2 extra time zones and one of those is .5hr :) in the continental contiguous landmass :)
