@DrHives Street Fighter 4 and USF4 sound design philosphy stuck around for quite a bit. Street Fighter X tekkens music had a similar vibe as well

Ive heard the word unoptimized for years like its a buzz word but this was the first time where it justifiably earned it. At first I was stuck at like 50 fps so it felt choppy but still responsive, then i lowered the graphics and resolution, messed with the nvida app and got it to 60fps but it was in slow motion.

Im just hoping that the beta uses an older build version because i dont think thats somthing that can be addressed in a week. Because if its a more up to date build im gonna have to wait a couple months.

I'm aware of that, the issue is that if the configuration that I have doesn't work on launch considering we're a week a way then it's over and I won't be buying.

That being said if the beta is an older vertical slice of the game and the this particular issue doesn't exist anymore than it's fine, if that's not the case, they have a week to fix this problem otherwise the PC release is going to severely handicapped and the only people who would be consistently playing would be the same as now who's config doesn't have issues with it

I understand it's a beta and probably a network stress test but my take aways about the in game performance doesn't change inspite of that.

Listen I get the whole refund thing, Its just a shame that this is the first impression. Unless they extend the beta and drop a hot fix im kind of just forced to sit and wait to see if the issues im dealing with get fixed. I didnt even think a fighting game could run this poorly to begin with.

My girlfriend literally mentioned she was gonna get me one for my birthday and said it wouldn't be available till 2027, I loaded up the page to tell her my reservation would be available till September.
