THEY CAN.. They can make the most terrible update ever (worse than anything you have ever seen) yet still get away with it because the Roblox community has an impressive cope ability that Roblox been taking advantage of to release even more terrible updates without limits.. Without the community maintaining a consistent pressure, Roblox won't fear anything.

No need to start all over because some racist company (and whoever requested it) took your right to speak just because you were born .. Switching your account region is possible but there is a difficulty and that difficulty varies depending on how verified your account is..

It may be possible to switch your account region by removing any phone numbers from your account then play Roblox normally with VPN on (you should never disconnect VPN/enter Roblox's website in any form with VPN disabled). It may take hours to days. If that doesn't work then your last hope will be using hardware which you have never tried or installed Roblox on. In which you will have to keep VPN on at all times without changing VPN locations. This might trick Roblox into thinking you have bought a new device in a new country and they say "yeah this guy settled there let's change his account region"

If you want to reduce the chances of having your account region turned back by accident is by linking a phone number that corresponds to the country Roblox changed you to. This is done via online phone number provides that provide phone numbers of different countries for verification though they might cost you money and introduce some risks.

Using a paid VPN with dedicated IP offers better results

I have seen a Saudi fella try the second method and it actually worked with him like magic.. If none of that work I'd have to blame your VPN for that.. Paid VPNs especially those with dedicated IPs tend to offer better results.. (Free VPNs can get you banned from some games on Roblox)

Roblox is indeed banned in Egypt but Roblox is not banned in Saudia arabia.. So who's luckier? The answer is Egypt.. This is because Egypt banned Roblox but Roblox did not ban the chat there.. Getting chat back is difficult with difficulty greatly varies across different accounts. For Saudia you will have to constantly try playing games with VPN on and depending how verified your account is you may or may not get chat back meanwhile Egyptians just toggle a VPN & Play like usual with both VC and chat available
