Let me tell you one basic tenet of criminal litigation.

The court would rather release 100 guilty persons than for it to punish one innocent person. This is because punishing an innocent person is the greatest evil.

That is why we ask logical and factual questions when an allegation is made. You have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the crime was committed and that indeed, the accused was the one who committed the crime. To.probe criminal liability, you must be able to draw a connection between the accused and the commission of the crime.

Calling people insensitive and enablers for asking logical questions that provokes truth, makes you a big fool. Throwing empathy around without a care for the truth, make you a big fool. Wanting an accused person punished without caring for their side of the story makes you an evil spirit. No, you're not empathetic, you are not sensitive. You are just a fool.

Innocent Until Proven Guilty is a human right IN ALL CLIMES with a justice system. Mere allegation is not proof of guilt. Your emotion is not proof of guilt. Your own experience last year in the hand of another person is not proof of guilt in the matter being discussed. The person making the allegation have to prove with evidence beyond reasonable doubt that the accused indeed committed the crime.
