[Lee Butterworth @DrLeeKB]

Two days of thought provoking papers and wonderful company at #hisrorytramsmitted

[phaqld @phaqld]

@DrLeeKB It certainly was! Can’t believe how many amazing discussions we had over the weekend. It will be wonderful when we can all get together again

[Shauna Hicks @HicksShauna]

Great weekend thanks #historytransmitted

[phaqld @phaqld]

@HicksShauna So glad you enjoyed the weekend @HicksShauna! It was great to have you with us

[Alicia Cerreto @AliciaCerreto]

Great to present to our peers on our work with community organisations as the final paper of #HistoryTransmitted @ProfHistAus Conference organised by @phaqld

[Alicia Cerreto @AliciaCerreto]

Thanks all! These past two days have reminded me how much I’ve missed hanging out with my @ProfHistAus colleagues, with a special ❤️😭 to @PHAVicTas

[Professional Historians Association (Vic & Tas) @PHAVicTas]

#historytransmitted has now wrapped up but we're excited that there is now a precedent for future on-line conferences. We also look forward to the Bill Wilson Oration which will be held in the future to honour our esteemed colleague, the late Dr Bill Wilson.

[phaqld @phaqld]

Thanks to @jessicastroja for live tweeting both days of #history transmitted via @phaqld!

[Kimberley Meagher @k_meagher]

Well done @phaqld and @ProfHistAus!

[Way Back When @WBWhistorians]

And that’s a wrap for #historytransmitted.
Congratulations to the organisers @phaqld for bringing us two days of fabulous history discussion. It’s been enriching and stimulating to hear from so many talented professional historians around Australia. What a community! ❤️👏🙏

[phaqld @phaqld]

Thank you everyone who has followed #historytransmitted this weekend!!

[phaqld @phaqld]

So many #historians and #twitterstorians came together for #historytransmitted over the past 2 days. Thank you for being willing to jump online to help us break down attendance barriers while we all came together and discussed so many important #history matters!

[phaqld @phaqld]

And that’s a wrap! @ProfHistAus is now closing our national online conference #historytransmitted. The pandemic has changed how we met. It did not change the reason why. #history

[Way Back When @WBWhistorians]

Final paper of the day from @AliciaCerreto & @jenmrose1 who gave us a wonderful presentation on working with community organisations with several case studies and some great footage. What a privilege to work with such impressive collections. #historytransmitted @phaqld @PHAVicTas

[phaqld @phaqld]

Organisational histories can reveal deeply intimate and personal histories, and this process must be respected #historytransmitted

[Way Back When @WBWhistorians]

Terrific paper from Helen Penrose at #historytransmitted, posing thoughtful reflections on what we can expect from our leaders and contemplating lessons we can take from the pandemic. Helen somehow manages to nail it at every @ProfHistAus conference! @phaqld @PHAVicTas

[phaqld @phaqld]

You need to focus on the past but think about the future when working on #history with community organisations #historytransmitted

[phaqld @phaqld]

Participation is a process, not an outcome, and can’t always be planned. There must also be a level of trust developed throughout the process. #historytransmitted
