@BrettBitches Shouldn't you be talking with your provincial legislators.... what you are describing is all provincial law, not federal. RCMP are contracted by the province to act as their provincial police force therefore enforcing provincial law.

@ericallanhanna Congrats on the 2nd retirement. For the brisket it usually comes in around 10 hours. I let it rest for an hour or two and then slice.

@ericallanhanna Hey Eric. Long time no chat. I love doing briskets and so do the family and friends. I follow a lot of the Texas style and Matt Pittman in particular (he has some good videos). I cook at a little higher temp (250) as my wife is not a fan of heavy smoke and it turns out well
