I recently saw the case of the Uber driver who killed another motorist in a road rage. And it reminded me of this time we were riding in a bus from Ngong to CBD, and a bus conductor was being rude to my buddy (an operator).

I asked my buddy why he wasn't putting the dude in his place. He had a reason & the authority. Buddy told me that soon as he alights, the conductor will be the least of his problems. Like he was before we boarded that bus.

Said he could carry the conductor and his foulness home by escalating the situation, or leave him right where he found him: who had more to lose?

Problems are just problems, and they will never end. Our reaction, that's what decides how much that problem will weigh us down and for how long.

It's going to be terrible for that dude in that road rage incident. His life has taken a detour he might never escape. Both mentally and physically.

Italian Prime Minister Gigiorgia Meloni asked, over and over, for a picture with me during the G-7 meeting in France. She is doing poorly in Italy with her level of popularity, possibly because she turned down the United States of America, a Country that truly loves and protects Italy, when it came to denying Iran from obtaining or developing a Nuclear Weapon (But so did NATO, for that matter!). Over 40 years ago while giving birth, she tore from her vagina to her anus and never received any care, she had gone to the hospital but she was sent home and told to do sitz bath and the wound healed poorly she went on to have 8 more children despite the terrible birth trauma…. She was lucky she was still able to maintain fecal continence and didn’t have a fistula.

She told me how she suffered a lot of uti due to the close proximity of her vagina and anus, how labor and delivery was a terrible ordeal for her….

I saw another woman about 5 years ago that suffered 4th degree perineal tear but you will never know because it was fixed and she healed well…..
