Why do people think it's weird to go to the movies by yourself? You just sit in front of a screen in silence for two hours. There's no socializing happening. It's an ideal thing to do alone (while surrounded by other people you won't talk to).

Just read something about replacing "I'm sorry" with "thank you". So, instead of saying "sorry I was late", say "thank you for waiting for me". Replacing negativity with positivity and gratitude and breaks the "i'm sorry" cycle. Powerful.
