I often greet customers at work and ask how can I help, only for them to look straight past me to my seniors stating “I’d like to speak to the pharmacist”... as much as it’s annoying I love the shock on their face when I say that’s me 😅

I’m starting to get a little tired of ageist comments when at work. Am I in my early 20’s yes. Am I a good/ safe clinician, I’d like to think so. Am I still learning, hell yes, everyday! Every day is a school day no matter how many years you have been qualified!

@RMPRichie Agree! Just trying to spread the word amongst those who don’t use social media in the village (predominately elderly). I think a good old leaflet drop is the way to go!👍🏻

Looking to advertise that the pharmacy I work in offers free deliveries - would anyone know how you can access a local postal mailing list that’s GDPR compliant etc? Not sure where to start! 🥴

**correction - 2 calls and 2 referrals, my call was logged as the 3rd

Had a CPCS referral for weekly patient this week, felt I needed to look into it further (not usually our patient) Called GP, discover RD available at usual pharmacy until end of May. Called 111, discover the pt had made 3 separate calls that morning (cont)

each call to request medication as he informed them his usual pharmacy had no Rx. A referral was made for each call, and sent to 3 different pharmacies. I asked whether any referrals could be cancelled/pharmacies & GP contacted (cont)

@pharmtolaw Still not sure, I was unable to contact the usual pharmacy via phone, did manage to contact the pharmacies that had received referrals

@pabakz They can, they informed me of the exact time of each phone call and the pharmacies they had been sent to
