@JetBlue What are the agents at the gate going to do? This is the 2nd time this happens to me in a 3 month period. Makes it super difficult especially when trying with toddler. This delay caused use to lose a day out of my sons birthday, previously it was my daughter.

My @JetBlue flight 1669 delayed again. With no explanation. Traveling with two toddler who are restless and hungry. What a way to start my 9yrs birthday. With this delay we lost a day out of his celebration.
