The chief has given us permission to build a MOSQUE for them because of their large numbers, and to station a teacher who will teach them the religion. We are looking for someone who will build a small MOSQUE for us and pay the teacher 50k every month for the sake of Allah.

The patient will be given lots of alcohol, then pinned down by people and the surgeon will split their skull and remove the tumor from the brain. Then cover the gape with herbs and bind the skull together with ropes made from palm fronds.

Patient heals over some weeks. This only means that the knowledge for this type of surgery is thousands of years old in Africa.
