Been a great period of coaching with the @nldrfu U18 boys program in 22/23. Had the pleasure of working with the majority of these lads since U14 Tigers DPP watching them develop/grow as players & young men. Very rewarding to play a small part in their journey. Go well gents

So rewarding watching 4 players from last seasons colts squad making their 1st XV debuts yesterday, makes the past 12 years coaching feel worth every second..... excited for the numerous other old colts players that will also be making their debuts this season @MansfieldRugby

Congratulations to our 3 senior sides today. The 1st XV winning away at East Retford 10-19 fielding 4 colt debuts in Nathan Hind, Sol Stubbs, Rio Turner and Henry Haskell. Also 8 of the team being under 22 demonstrates the success of the clubs youth programme. We’ll done boys!

Great day being with Leicester Tigers U16 at today’s RFU Academy festival at Warwick Uni watching our players that have been in the pathway since before Covid getting their opportunity to show their potential ....... very rewarding from a coaching perspective.

Fully tested the rugby coaching skills today, spent years working through the age levels and now currently working at U18 level ….but this morning dropped back in to lead an U7 session @MansfieldRugby, unleashed all the skills and tricks… and survived. Recommend it all coaches

With @LeicesterTigers U16 PDG players yesterday in their last session. We, the coaches, have been with these players since they joined the programme 3 seasons ago, working with them, watching them develop, & mature not only as rugby players but as young men...great group of lads.

Took my @MRUFCGirls U15s girls out of their comfort zone this morning, pulled some strings and got them to play their final game final game of the season at @LightningRugby against our friends at @GirlsBurton .... big pitch, fast pitch and lots of good learning from it .
