Kory Teneycke, I honestly had no clue his firm Rubicon was lobbying for PetroChina Canada and CNOOC until @vesperdigital dropped that thread. Wild optics for a guy who’s out there as a conservative commentator.
I’ve also heard (unsubstantiated) that he’s stirring up division and going after Poilievre to clear the runway for a Doug Ford leadership bid at the CPC. If that’s even half true, it explains a lot of the recent shots.
