@aaichnairport ,once more horrible pickup system,45 minutes of lifting dragging luggage with 50%trollies NOT WRKING ,one porter for all buggies, lift is a mess,and ola cruel. Chennai airport lives to its reputation of worst airport .#HORRIBLEAIRPRT

Exit is a mess. Taxis go up customers ho up, taxi comes down and then a SUPER JAM. shud appreciate the idiots who planned this sitting in their chairs and planning for ppl who r mobile. FUEL is cheap in chennai.

@aaichnairport the tortoise was faster than the buggy and the snaking line wait for a prepaid taxi,even after payment. The AAI definately gets full marks on torturing a passenger boarding or arriving at MAA.

@aaichnairport Now waiting for more than 15 minutes for the buggy to drop. Total time taken is equal to HYD MAA flight time. And still waiting. Next hurdle --Taxi pickup point.

@aaichnairport Luggage did not start coming till after 20 minutes after flight landed. It's not a welcoming feel when u land in MAA. but airports like HYD,BLR,BOM are just Wow. There is Zilch here
