From Dr Omar Suleiman “Never assume that the trials and hardships you are facing today are because of your past sins. Allah does not hold grudges. That is a human trait." Always think positively of Allah.Even if life feels difficult today, trust that He is arranging something better for you.Keep believing in Allah's plan
If you are tested with delays in attaining what you desire most, be patient.
For Allah may be preparing for you something far greater than what you asked for.
sometimes I forget that I can just try again tomorrow. I don't have to obsess over today's mistakes. I don't have to berate myself for not knowing any better. I can just rest. and let my rest do what my overthinking never could — make space for a new outcome.
Do not talk about discernment if you cannot recognise when someone needs compassion more than criticism and correction. There is a time to guide and a time to simply hold space for a person who is hurting. Wisdom knows the difference. And kindness knows it even faster.
The gym is the one thing you should never sacrifice when life gets hard, it's the only asset that pays you back every single day. Take care of your health.
Do not drown yourself in anxiety. Whatever is written in your destiny will unfold, and what is meant for you will surely find its way to you.
No provision misses its seeker, and no burden remains forever upon the one who entrusts their heart to Allah.
i think it's beautiful how life gives you infinite chances to experience better. just when you think you'll never find better, you walk right into better and your heart softens again.
Once you determine that your current situation is beneath you, you now have a duty to yourself to rise above it.
Needless to say, this will involve a negotiation between fate and willpower.
Good luck.
