@bookingcom I have been trying to track down a refund for a hotel for 3 months now. I have contacted customer services repeatedly with no results. Such a shame that your finance department cannot be contacted directly to try and resolve this issue #frustrating #customerexperience

Newly completed hallway. All painted with @PPG @JohnstonesPaint and doors finished with @TwoFussyBlokes rollers. Acrylic Durable emulsion I’m ‘Anthracite’ and ‘New Chalk’. Woodwork finished in Aqua Satin in white and doors finished in Aqua Satin in ‘Anthracite’

What a joke. @Carpetright I ordered flooring 4 weeks ago, for delivery tomorrow. I’ve just received a phone call informing me it’s not in stock. I’ve spent the day removing the old flooring and the fitter I have organised for tomorrow will no doubt still want paying. #shambles

I’ve also DMd you as you requested and this has also gone unanswered. £500 for a bed that has no date for delivery may not be a lot of money to your company but for us it is a lot of money.

@BensonsHelp another day spent trying to contact the customer service team. I have been passed between staff and then cut off. I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours in total and as I am getting through the offices close and the line goes dead. This is not good customer service.
