@WGME Local media always make stories about the "some residents" but they conveniently don't make stories about the rest of the residents or even some of those that feel the opposite way on an issue. #mediaactivism
@WGME Another case of the media contributing to the problem. "Warning residents" implies that there's something bad about ICE presence. If residents haven't done anything wrong, they don't have anything to worry about.
@AndrewSiciliano 2 starting QB leagues are the worst. Why stop there? Let's start 4 RBs, 4 WRs, 3 TEs, and 2 DEF. 'Cause that's what NFL teams do, right? Fantasy football started off resembling skill position roster alignments and now it's morphed into some crazy video game version.
@newscentermaine It's true that improper payments were made, but @newscentermaine doesn't care about that. They're more focused on pointing out every negative thing they can about Trump and Musk.
@WGME Why does your station only run negative stories about President Trump? Obviously, a majority of the voters chose Trump and they view his objectives favorably, yet we never see stories about those people. We don't hear the people who are hopeful or those who feel safer.
@elonmusk@DOGE Instead of squandering billions of dollars on student loan forgiveness like Biden is determined to do, how about we increase competition and choice in "higher education" by eliminating the premium for out of state tuition at public universities?
