@TalktoBPI Hi BPI, I tried to call your Toll Free Hotline from the US & it always cut the call after 4 mins and could not continue with my inquiry. I am trying to acquire access in your new mobile app, but I can't get my OTP. Can you help ti resolve this issue?

A: I can't as I am currently based in the US.

2. Reach out thru your Skype.
A: I tried, but got no response from your Skype Support.

3. Call your Toll Free #
A: The call is always cut-off after 4 mins: 28 secs.

Any reliable method?
