Booked an AC service through Urban Company.

AC was working fine. Compressor was starting normally.

Technicians arrived and immediately claimed there was “no gas”. I told them it was working completely fine. I refused any gas refill and asked them to perform only the service.

After servicing, they cancelled/refunded the job from their end and asked me to pay ₹500 directly instead of the app payment.

I was alone at home with my young child and didn’t want an argument with two technicians inside my house, so I paid.

Now the compressor is not starting at all.

The service has been marked as refunded/cancelled, the refund hasn’t reached me yet, and my AC has stopped working immediately after the visit.

Urban Company:

Why was the service cancelled after work was already performed?
Why was I asked to pay cash separately?
Why is my AC not working after your technicians left?
Who is accountable for the damage?

I want an immediate investigation, technician audit, and resolution.

This has been an extremely disturbing experience and, at this point, I have lost all trust in the platform.

For years, the activist British media painted Max Verstappen as the villain, aggressive, arrogant, "not a team player," the bad boy who'd ruin F1's gentlemanly image. They pedaled endless hit pieces, framing his dominance as somehow unfair, his radio outbursts as proof of immaturity and his rivalries as toxic.
