PHEH Development School is held one night a month as additional training for development firefighters in our group in a learning and supportive environment.
Another great session last night at Waterlooville, overseen by AM John Amos as he had heard good things about us๐ช๐ผ. Mass casualty/TST was the theme along with the usual pumps and ladders at the start. Well done to all involved, great turnout, enthusiasm and skills on show๐
Tonightโs dev school was held @Southsea24 where 2 of our firefighters completed and passed their final sign off drills with top performances. Also did BA scenario drill along with pumps ladders and some pre Mod A initial drills for our new starters. Well done everyone tonight๐๐ป๐
Last night dev school was hosted by Southsea fire station, it was an intense and busy night for @Grayshott07 FF Hanrahan for his development sign off drills which he passed with flying colours. Combined drills all round great effort from all๐๐๐ป๐ฅ
Dev school was @Cosham23 where the firefighters had TRIM input and an evening of Hazmat. Crews practiced dressing and undressing in GTS, blue watch then did a demo of the decon shower before crews were put through their paces with a scenario of a chemical spill.

PHEH group hosted a training exercise at Cosham last night. Crews from Horndean, Waterlooville, Cosham, Liphook and Bordon took park in a multi RTC/IEC group exercise last night. This included a HGV and EV. Some great skills on show with lots of learning and experience gained.
Last week on Wednesday night PHEH Development school took place @Petersfield29, started with some ladder drills, then WM Bone took the group for Fire risk assessment input. Crews then carried out a fire risk assessment of the station to show understanding of the input.
Last nights development school (north) @BordonFire03 went great, IEC delivered by embedded trainer followed by 3 scenarios for the groups to manage. Well attended session with some great learning for those qualified or not.

Another great learning session tonight hosted by @HIWFRS_LandD, RTC input on vehicle relocation and stabilisation. Firefighters also got to look around a new P6 and learn about some of its capabilities. Thanks Rob and Jonjoe.
Last nights development school was well attended again, pumps and ladders to begin with. Then split down into 4 stations looking at; initial actions, ICS (ARA/DRA/Decision logs) generators/lighting and Co-Ro. Great effort by all including the trainers๐ฅ๐

PHEH Development School took place at @BordonFire03 last night, great turn out from on-call FFs. Lots of learning with SWAH, pumps n ladders, time critical rescues and IFCOATs. Had some good little time fillers so nobody got cold standing around. Well done to everyone involved๐
