The black forum [not a political party] says it plans to call for the return of land to indigenous people, greater black ownership of the economy, decolonised education and governance. The restoration of African identity and heritage, renaming of South Africa to "Azania," and the establishment of a "Second Republic" founded on what it describes as justice, sovereignty, dignity and the full liberation of black people.

Chaskalson is compromising the good work of the Commission by allowing his personal vendetta against Julius Malema to influence his conduct. He continues to make allegations that he is unable to substantiate with evidence

When he attempted to implicate Julius Malema in the bertobright tender, adv Khumalo and Commissioner Baloyi asked him where the connection was with Julius Malema, he was unable to answer. He then pretended to look for annexures that do not exist.

We are becoming concerned that the important work of the Madlanga commission could be undermined by the actions of one individual who appears angry to pursue his personal agenda.
