@arkosaTV Everyone has bad days - our kids will, too. Learning from us isn’t limited to when we get it right, they’ll learn how to handle their own bad days by the way we treat ourselves and how we handle/treat ourselves in our own. You’re still a great dad, don’t beat yourself up!

@arkosaTV Definitely doesn’t define you as a parent! Taking some time to self-care, recover, and picking yourself back up for tomorrow is going to be the part that lingers. I remember my parents resilience and recovery in hard times/bad days much more than any ways they missed the mark.
