As soon as you have a working product, start running UGC.
Because you quite literally won’t know what works till you try it.
A lot of times the feature that everyone loves isn’t the one you put the most effort into or the one you were most excited about.
But that’s information you only get after...
- Putting a video out
- Seeing how people react.
Also don’t be scared that UGC is going to ruin your margins.
Just run a CPM model where creators get paid for the content that performs.
You won’t get users without a proper distribution strategy anyway.
So if a creator makes you $10,000.
And all they ask you for is their $500.
It’s probablyyy in your best interest to not be greedy about it…
The brand you pitched on Monday hasn't ghosted you.
They're just busy.
Follow up today. One sentence. No apology for following up.
Most deals close on the second or third touch, not the first.

you can call it growth hacks, UGC, meta ads, creative strategy, organic loops, influencer seeding, viral hooks, content arbitrage, retention loops, performance marketing, dark posts, virality engineering, or whatever the fuck you wanna call it.
The fundamentals of every successful app (knowingly or unknowingly) are the same :
1. build something simple that people actually want (mostly an existing solution with a fresh angle).
2. find the sharpest emotion attached to it.
3. distribute the hell out of that emotion.
that's the whole game.
everything else is just fancy packaging
realistically, most creators focus too much on: “how do I get discovered?”
and not enough on: “how do I make people stay?”
those are two completely different skills and both are important! 👏🏻
getting clicks is content and keeping viewers is atmosphere, personality, pacing, and community.
Sometimes, after doing some research I’ll use AI as a starting point to get the ideas flowing and then end up changing a lot of it so it sounds more like ME. But for a lot of brands and agencies I’ve worked with - I can totallyyyy tell they’ve used AI in the scripts. 😄So again, as the creator, I will adjust a few things when speaking it to the camera so it doesn’t sound scripted. Your tone, pacing, and delivery of the lines - all of that really matters too!
As someone who sources creators, I couldn’t care less if you use ai to write your scripts. But make sure they’re fire.
I’ll admit, I’m doing the same thing every single day.
Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t use ai to write scripts. Just make sure they don’t suck, and we’ll be good
Curious to see what your other brands and agencies tell you ab this??
Being a UGC creator and an agency owner means I see every single facet of a creator's life that needs to be fixed, because I have lived it. It's wild that the solution is finally coming to life in the next couple of weeks.
When I say I've made hundreds of changes to tailor this to the perfect creator space, that is not an understatement. The past couple of months I've been working every single day to get this right for you guys.
Feedback from the community, feedback from me and @jacksonrpope using the platform every single day to run our UGC businesses. It's finally time to show you what we're all about, in app form 😀
If you haven't already, sign up for the waitlist at https://t.co/SHrse6zEVX so you don't miss a single update about when we officially drop on the App Store.
No vibe coding on this one, I'll tell ya that much 🤣🤣

Dead space - never
Filters - never
Taking a couple of weeks to slow down on applying and pitching. I want to revamp my portfolio based on some of the things i learned in the UGC Accelerator course. 🙈 I had a lightbulb moment and realized some issues with the content in it. Super excited to make changes! 🙌🏼✨
When I was writing scripts for agencies, nothing was more fulfilling than seeing the final video come together.
The cherry on top? Hearing it was a top performer.
That came from hours of digging through reviews, comments, reddit threads.
ICYDU, I do creative strategy too🤭
I am looking for recommendations to an over seas organic social media manager for X, IG and TikTok!
What the brand wants:
- Someone following trends
- Putting together a tiktok and IG content plan
- Able to piece together content for posts
- Able to direct video editors to clip up for tiktok and IG
Thanks!
Thursday to-do 💻
✅ Creator call + onboarding
✅ Write scripts for a SAAS brand
✅ Study high-performing beauty ads
✅ Ideate for batch recording next week
People think creators just “pick up a camera.” Meanwhile you’re also the strategist, producer, marketer, editor, and customer researcher.
Got passed on for the largest collab of my career and at first…
I was disappointed
but then I realized that I’m not gonna get every job you apply for, not every gig is right for you, and the more that I put myself out there, do the work and as my business grows…
I’ll never even remember the brands that passed on me because I’ll be too busy with brands who WANT to work with me
focusing on personal branding as a content creator has made $20k months my norm which is actually insane ...
ur wasting ur time pitching everyday
instead you should focus on building a personal brand and being known for a type of content
no that doesn't mean you need thousands of followers
it means having a clear identity and content style on your page ...
you never know who is watching and which brands resonate with the content you put out there
personal branding = working less and making more $
5 mistakes creators make that silently kill growth:
• Posting only motivational content
• Giving no practical value
• Saying "keep going" daily
• Giving no systems
• Giving no solutions
Motivation starts movement.
Systems sustain movement.
No one will promote you.
No one will hype you up.
You have to shout your own name from the rooftop every single day.
That is not arrogance.
Its just how business work.
