Lower court judges blocking the end of Temporary Protected Status isn’t justice—it’s activism. TPS was always meant to be temporary. The law says that. The executive branch has the authority to end it when the conditions no longer justify it, and higher courts have backed that.
Calling it racist just because the people affected are African misses the point completely. Skin color has nothing to do with whether a temporary program should stay temporary. Keeping it going forever after the rules said otherwise is just dishonest policy.
One district judge shouldn’t get to override that for the whole country. That pattern is a real problem.
