@TATAAIGIndia what the point of taking health insurance if you guys don’t care about customers… taking out one query every week & delaying the claim. Where sister works with Tata Family… if you do this to family member than what happens to normal people. #irdai@irdaindia
@TATAAIGIndia@JPNadda@MoHFW_INDIA sir Genuine tax payers don’t get insurance claim as company like @TATAAIGIndia just delay process and ask for papers for months, even don’t recognise reputed doctor’s letter … I request sir to take necessary actions.

@TATAAIGIndia Exactly.. Since last 1 1/2 months every week we get requirements of one additional document at a time. Don’t mind sharing them but this is delaying the claim
. Simply ask once for all… why so much delay in emergency?
