I booked thru the CapitalOne Travel Portal for the first time and the airline company had cancelled my flight and rebooked some weird flights so I thought it'd be a great idea to call CapitalOne directly to assist me but it ended being a huge mistake!!

I tried to explain the situation to the CapitalOne customer service manager but he didn't want to assume and responsibility and put all of the blame on me, shame on CapitalOne, i thought CapitalOne Venture X is a premium card but they're trash

The CapitalOne agent communicated the wrong flight to the airline and now I'm stuck with the wrong flights unless I want to pay the airline for rebooking!
