Hubby will need attention after 9:30pm so the kitchen needs to be cleared and laundered clothes put away immediately after the kids go to sleep. They need to be asleep by 8:30pm so need to have their baths by 7:45pm to be dressed and in bed for bedtime stories at 8:15pm. That means they should have their dinner immediately after prayers at 7pm, which means cooking must start at 6pm, any grocery shopping must be done by 5:30pm. The kids' homework should be finished by 5pm. All work meetings and reports must be done by 4pm to be available to help them when they get home from Islamiyyah. An afterschool snack also needs to be ready sharp at 2:30pm before Islamiyyah at 3pm. School pick-up is 2pm, so send a reminder to the driver by 1pm. Schedule most important work tasks in the morning between 9am and 12pm. Send a reminder to hubby at 8:30am about everyone who has a birthday, anniversary or other special event today that he needs to send a message to. Ensure kids are at school by 8am. This means they must be bathed, dressed and fed by 7:30am...
