•Finidi George didn’t say those words about Osimhen.

•Osimhen saw clickbait headlines and lost his cool which was the wrong way to go about it.

•Osimhen shouldn’t be using those words on Finidi George, Coach or not.

•The NFF showed disrespect to Finidi with those new terms after just 2 games. (15m to 5m? , and to be demoted for a foreign Technical adviser that might not even be proven too?)

•That move and press release definitely had some condescension to it, which is why Finidi resigned.

•You’d think the other camp that didn’t want Finidi George for the job rested after he got it, lol. They’re still fueling the hate-watch (Pity those who think everybody is speaking for their love of the team). This has always been the bane of Nigerian Football.

•In all honesty, there was some level of levity around the Super Eagles during this window which I think led to the results, whether this was due to change of personnel or if the players were already zoned out mentally due to end of season timing, I couldn’t tell.

•Jose Peseiro got 2 points against Lesotho and Zimbabwe in the first 2 World Cup qualifiers and still led us to the AFCON, Jose also got 5 losses and 2 draws in his first 7 games with the Super Eagles. How then is Finidi getting demoted for a foreign Technical adviser after 2 games in charge?

•Peseiro got 2 points in 2 games in this WCQ, Finidi has got 1 in 2 games, if the Team doesn’t make the World Cup eventually, who gets the blame? If your guess is as good as mine, then there goes your answer to this whole mess.

I just hope the to-be appointed Foreign Coach/ Technical Adviser turns the tide around.

We can’t accept this to happen to us as athletes..
