Regarding the concern about Capkrys Universe and Capkrys Worldwide not receiving a response from us, we would like to acknowledge that this was a mistake on our part.

At that time, CKO was still trying to recover from everything that happened after the meet and greet. The situation became overwhelming for the team, and we experienced internal challenges that affected our ability to properly manage communications and coordinate with others.

We also admit that we were hesitant when several new fanbases emerged during that period, especially as they appeared during a time of ongoing issues and misunderstandings within the fandom. However, we recognize that our hesitation should not have resulted in a lack of response.

Regardless of the circumstances, we take full accountability for not replying. We understand that a response, even if delayed, would have been the proper and respectful thing to do. For this, we sincerely apologize to Capkrys Universe and Capkrys Worldwide.

We would also like to apologize for the screenshot that circulated regarding a message from CKO about CKU. We take accountability for that as well. Regardless of the intent behind it, we recognize that it was inappropriate and that we should have been more mindful of our words, especially as representatives of an official fanbase.

Moving forward, we will strive to communicate more responsibly and ensure that concerns, inquiries, and opportunities for coordination are properly acknowledged. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we continue to improve as a team.
