@Se_Railway come on get these trains moving. The smallest issue and the network just crumbles. At sole street with the excuse of congestion on the line. Absolutely shocking service

@Se_Railway how difficult is it to attach train carriages together. The 4.40 Victoria to Ramsgate has been delayed around 6 times in 4 weeks, once with no working toilets on the whole train due to issues connecting carriages. Sort it out or get staff who know how to do their job.

@Se_Railway stuck on a train from Cannon Street 16.41 towards Faversham. Stopping at every station for 10 mins plus. Apparently due congestion on the line. Surely southeastern don’t run that many services for the train to be delayed that long at every station. Sort it out.

@Se_Railway Stuck on a train at sittingbourne. Just seen an empty train pass us on another platform. What is going on south eastern? Train driver keeps repeating the same message- please bear with us. Simply better communication required.

@ClubLLondon my daughter ordered a dress from you and when it arrived she changed her mind so she returned it. Two weeks after she returned it we received it back again with no explanation why. There was no paperwork in the parcel. The dress was £65 and she received no refund.
