My Zambian friend ask me if religion helped Nigeria in any way, I told him northern Nigeria thrives and we see the results from kidnapping and other terror organisations. Start ups that make more money than the oil revenue combined per quarterly statistics.

My Kenyan friend once asked me why Nigerian pastors are so stinkingly rich. I told him it’s tithe. He was shocked at the level of brainwashing around tithe and financial prosperity in Nigeria.

Like I said earlier, time will eventually reveal the truth. He is old and he knows he has probably very little time left, that’s why he is saying this.

Ask him, now that he has apologized, will he return the tithe he has collected over the years?

What is most painful is that the people whom you learn the religion from weren’t heavy on tithe like the Nigerian pastors.
