1) I traveled on BA0294 from ORD > LHR Friday, June 28. The flight was scheduled to depart at 4:45pm. It was delayed 12 HOURS and departed at 4:30am. The seats I paid over $200 for were not what I was assigned. No offer/word on a refund or any solution as of yet. @British_Airways
