@TeamKnowhowUK brought Dishwasher from @curryspcworld, Dishwasher doesn’t work, engineer found factory had wired it up wrong. You’ve told us we have to contact manufacturer? It’s your legal responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to sort, so why are you doing nothing?

@curryspcworld very unhappy customer, our week old @SharpHomeUK dishwasher has a dangerous fault (live and neutral on capacitor wired wrong at the factory) and are unable to talk to anyone to arrange a replacement, experienced very poor customer service 😡
