On my recommendation, my mother and 88year old grandmother are currently using your airline to fly to Greece. Got off the phone with them whilst on their layover in Cairo, and have been told that the service to help my grandmother has been extremely poor. Unacceptable

Both airline and airport staff have been unhelpful in general and have made both of them walk long distances within the terminals. I think I might cancel their return tickets and use an airline that actually cares for geriatrics. @qatarairways @emirates @flyethiopian
