[THIS IS MAPPA: CYPRUS FOOTBALL PODCAST @ThisIsMappa]

🇨🇾 A partnership that goes beyond football.

We're proud to welcome Together Cyprus as the Official Community & Social Impact Partner of the Cyprus Talent Pathway Showcase.

The Cyprus Talent Pathway was created to give young UK-based footballers with Cypriot heritage something every talented player deserves - an opportunity to be seen.

A platform to showcase their ability.
A chance to make connections.
And potentially, an open door into Cypriot football.

But we believe their connection with Cyprus should extend beyond the pitch.

Together Cyprus brings people and communities together through environmental projects, volunteering, education and social initiatives. But their philosophy goes much further.

At its heart is a commitment to creating opportunity.

Together Cyprus works to support people whose ability and potential might otherwise go unnoticed - particularly those facing barriers to employment, professional networks and visibility.

They create platforms.
They build confidence.
They make connections.
They open doors.

And that's where our two organisations share a common purpose.

The Cyprus Talent Pathway was founded on the belief that ability shouldn't be overlooked simply because someone hasn't had the opportunity to demonstrate it.

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.

Whether it's a young footballer waiting for their chance or someone in the wider community with untapped potential, sometimes one opportunity can change a person's direction.

And if Cyprus becomes part of these young players' football journey, we also want to encourage them to become part of the community around them - and, in time, to give something back to the island that has given them an opportunity.

This October marks the beginning of our relationship with Together Cyprus.

We're excited about what we can build together beyond the Showcase - and, most importantly, the opportunities we can create for others.

Football can open doors. Together, we can help more people walk through them. 🇨🇾

Welcome to the Cyprus Talent Pathway, Together Cyprus. 💚

@CPFC_SM Yep, 100% agree

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

@HLTCO We could have been 5-0 up at half time. One of the best premier league performances we’ve ever had

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

Best performance under Sage by quite some distance, despite not scoring.

Organized and looked dangerous in the counter. #cpfc

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

@Wheddsta Probably the most Palace player that’s never played for us.

Although I think he was in our academy for a short while?

[The Overlap @WeAreTheOverlap]

"Bolasie on one side, Zaha on the other!" 🤩

The Premier League at its absolute finest! You just had to be there. 🪄

@PalaceReport Yep Timber and Ahonar were head and shoulders above the rest

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

@kp4788 @Wheddsta At Selhurst?

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

@DavidMatthews6 Cheers.
Yeah seems like an issue, seen that they’ve had over 50 touches in our area, seems to be a common theme at the moment

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

@Jsize18 Great times

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

@Jsize18 Haha I remember your first competitive goals (1 was a pen?)

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

@Alitheeagle1 Swap deal for McNeil?

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

@Jsize18 Hmm, not sure how he would settle in South London

[Philip Phillipou @Phil_phillipou]

#cpfc fans, would you take any of these…?
