Reasoning is its difficult if not more so to ride & win on lower class horses it takes the same skill
However its a much greater skill in training a horse to be ready for a big race, as have to be precise on when at its peak
lower grade race you can just wait until a week

Would be screaming the gaff down if he came on and was booked but bet was voided cause didn't start, can't have it both ways.
