@EE is there an issue with the network? Trying to call out and getting "you have dialled an incorrect number" reset APN and turned phone off and on. Not happy as I'm constantly having issues recently what do I pay for a contract I can't use. #refundme #cancelation

@EE I've tried the live chat but that shows as busy. I don't have WIFI calling as my device is an unlocked device and not EE software. I don't have the options in my settings. I'm using a s7 edge

@EE yet again further disruption to my signal and abilities to make calls and the quality. Network checkers shows FY7 area with fault. Not to mention the numerous texts I receive about issues locally regarding EE with FY2 also. #refundforinadequateservice

@SkyHelpTeam There has been a known fault in the area reported in the last 2 hours. Love how sky's ethics are to blame their customers for the faults. "It's not us it's your router" same old story. Must love copying and pasteing that phrase. #useless #leavingsky

@SkyHelpTeam We have done that it says current connect speed is 14MBPS when a speed test shows connection speeds of less than half. Disgraceful service. Even reset the router several times
