I had similar diagnosis to Brian I was 39. Eventually had to have surgery @ 41. Any young fella feeling out of sorts should get blood test, very treatable if detected early
(frequent urination esp @ night was my main symptom) #psa #cancer

@AoifeLPhysio Hi Aoife, I’ve gone through a few brands over the years. Brooks or Nike would be ones I found most comfortable for long runs and I often alternated between the two from one run to the next, not sure if best practice but didn’t do me any harm I don’t think! 🏃‍♂️ 👟

@TomParsons_8 @TomasORuanaidh And they ‘won’t be there’ because the current system is so badly broken. He was bordering on patronising and arrogant. This proposal has no hope when you have dinosaurs in these positions who aren’t prepared to embrace change. Plan B not perfect but it’s a start.
